THURSDAY September 11, 2014
8:00 am - RIDE LEADERS' MEETING
8:30 am - PRE-RIDE INSTRUCTIONS for all groups, form groups
8:45 am - GROUP PHOTO?? EVERYONE PLEASE GET IN ON THIS ONE.. 
9:00 am - ALL DAY GUIDED RIDE, first group LEAVES at 9am
EVENING MEAL??---TO BE ANNOUNCED

FRIDAY September 12, 2014
8:00 am - 9:00 am - POKER RUN Registration in Comfort Inn Lobby
9:00 am - POKER RUN departure: last bike out
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm - POKER RUN card draw in motel lobby
4:00 pm - POKER RUN Last Bike In (all scoots)!
5:00 pm - “GATHER BY CUISINE”: Self-form groups (Dutch Treat)
7:00 pm - Parking Lot GATHERING, for Karaoke? Weather permitting.

SATURDAY September 13, 2014
9:30 am - SHOW & SHINE Registration
10:00 am - SHOW & SHINE Voting (voting closes at 11:00am)
LUNCH??---TO BE ANNOUNCED
1:30 pm - AWARDS--CLOSING ACTIVITIES
2:00 pm - Optional Post-rally ride in the twisties (self-formed groups)


Special Note: Breakfast at the Comfort Inn each morning is for registered guests of the Comfort Inn only. The breakfast is NOT part of the STO rally.
